Rajiv Malhotra was trained initially as a Physicist, and then as a Computer Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence in the 1970s. After a successful corporate career in the US, he became an entrepreneur and founded several IT companies in over 20 countries.
He exited all for-profit activities in the early 1990s and founded a non-profit – Infinity Foundation (in Princeton, USA), through which he has , on a full-time basis, been researching civilizations from a historical, social sciences and mind sciences perspective.

Hari Vadlamani, 62, is originally from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he moved to Hyderabad in 1987. He began his career in practice before transitioning into boutique investment banking. Over time, he shifted focus to the power sector first as a consultant, then as a developer and investment manager. He went on to manage India’s first power sector fund.
Following a successful exit in 2007 from a company he co founded, Hari turned to wind energy development, exiting again in 2011. He also explored coal mining ventures in Australia, Indonesia, and South Africa before stepping away from business altogether to begin his second innings—as a cultural entrepreneur.
He founded INDICA and NICE in 2015 and 2020 to advance cultural education and entrepreneurship. Since their inception, both have pioneered work in the field of Indian Knowledge Systems, Culture and Traditions. He is now building a personal platform, CoHari, and also working towards establishing India’s first university dedicated to Indian Knowledge Systems and applied cultural skills that will be based in Hyderabad.

Having acted in popular films like ‘Tehelka, Panaah, Daata, Andha Yudh, Suraj ka Satwaan Ghoda’ and the Indo-South African, English film ‘Making of The Mahatma’, she went on to win her first national award, (Jury special) best female actor for her performance in ‘Woh Chhokri’ in 1995.
Her second National Award came for her 2019 film The Tashkent Files, in which she portrayed the character of a crippled historian, and her 3rd National Award again for The Kashmir Files, a 2022 film, for her hard-hitting portrayal of Prof. Radhika Menon. Simultaneously, she also won the Nargis Dutt award for Best film on National Integration as a producer.
She produced and acted in the last of the ‘Files’ series called The Bengal Files, thus successfully delivering a trilogy on the three pillars of Indian democracy; Right to Truth, Right to Justice & Right to Life. All three films were produced by Pallavi herself and written & directed by her husband Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri.

Dr Richa Sinha MBE is the Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Scottish Hindu Foundation, the representative body uniting Scottish Mandirs in their engagement with the Scottish Government. She was awarded an MBE in the 2025 King’s Honours List for her services tackling Hinduphobia in Scotland and the UK. A dentist by profession, she also serves as the Hindu Representative on the Faith and Belief Committee in the Scottish Government and is a member of BBC Scotland’s Advisory Committee on Religion and Ethics.
She is working with the UNHRC to secure recognition of Hinduphobia at the international level. Dr Sinha has led a number of community initiatives, including programmes to unite the Scottish Hindu community through initiatives such as the Hindu Parent Network and the Dharmocracy campaign, which encourages political engagement of the Hindu community through active participation. She is also the Co-Founder and Trustee of Harmony Over Hate, a global charity dedicated to building harmony, supporting victims of hate, promoting dialogue across faiths, and empowering communities through education and collaboration.

He has served as the Vice Chancellor of multiple esteemed institutions, including Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Gondwana University and Karnataka Sanskrit University. Dr. Omendra Ratnu is a practising ENT surgeon who also has an abiding passion for culture, history and Dharma. Dr. Ratnu runs an NGO, Nimittekam, to rehabilitate minority refugees from Pakistan in Bharat.
Dr. Ratnu has a keen interest in the history of Rajasthan and has written several articles on the history of Mewar. His recent book is titled “Maharanas – A 1000 Year War for Dharma”. Mohinder Gulati held the position of Advisor (Energy) at the World Bank and that of Chief Operating Officer Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All) with the United Nations before retiring in December 2015. At Sustainable Energy for All- an initiative of the United Nations Secretary General- he was a strategic advisor to the CEO and supported day-to-day operations. In South Asia region Mohinder Gulati led strategic dialogue and investment programs to support power sector reforms, policy, legal and regulatory framework, unbundling and corporatization of several Indian state-owned power utilities. In East Asia, he led the dialogue on establishing a regional electricity market in Greater Mekong Sub-region, managed a 1100 MW cross-border export-driven private sector hydropower project (Nam Theun 2); in South East Europe (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), he managed policy dialogue, project development and implementation, and partnership with key development partner and worked closely with the European Commission.

Towards this, he is developing civilizational theories based on Purushartha and Srishti-Sthiti-Laya for institutions and communities. A prolifi c contributor to INDICA Today, he has authored over 100 articles on topics like the Mahabharata, Itihasa-Purana, and civilizational studies – both in English and Kannada. His contributions extend to literature, including curating Aryaa – An Anthology of Vedic Women and co-authoring UnSung Valour and Adrsya. Currently, he is working on a book that explores Mahabharata stories through the lens of Purushartha. He is also pursuing PhD in the fi eld of Indian Knowledge Systems at IIT Delhi.

He has designed and implemented leadership training programs based on Indian Knowledge Systems. He is actively involved in the advancement of IKS as a speaker in many INDICA Conferences/Symposiums, Educational Institutions and other IKS Platforms. As an advisor and guest faculty at Vidyakshetra Gurukulam, he continues to mentor students and aspiring leaders.
Shivakumar holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and a B.E. from the National Institute of Technology, Surat. He has 25 years of experience in the IT industry – 23 years of which were at Mindtree/LTIMindtree. His expertise spans learning and development, learning system design, pedagogy design, learning academy design, career management, mentoring, theoretical computer science, algorithms, technology architecture, design and program management. He has designed and delivered several Programming, Design, Mentoring, Certifi cation, Recruitment, Lateral Learning and Career Development frameworks & programs for Mindtree/LTIMindtree where he was Principal Director – L&D. He was also Architect of the organization’s Digital Skills Development program that received the Digital Digital Skills Award 2017. He is also the co-author of two papers on Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics in the early years of his career/student life.

Kaul
Dimple Kaul is the Director of Outreach, Publications, and Special Projects at INDICA, where she works at the intersection of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), education, and cultural preservation. Earlier, as Director of Academic Programs, she played a key role in shaping INDICA’s academic direction. She set up INDICA Courses from the ground up, driving strategy, defining the academic model, building and leading the team, overseeing outreach and engagement, and setting up the systems that turned an early-stage initiative into a structured, high-functioning program. The platform has since run over 140 live courses across a wide range of IKS disciplines.
With over two decades of experience across media, telecom, technology, academia, and cultural initiatives, Dimple has led strategic programs and high-impact projects that bridge traditional knowledge and modern systems. Her academic background spans Electronics and Communication Engineering, Marketing, Liberal Arts, and Eastern Classics, along with a professional coaching certification. She brings a mix of technical insight, leadership experience, creative thinking, and coaching skills to everything she does, working across disciplines with both clarity and depth.
She is also a published poet, a human rights advocate, and a writer deeply involved in projects such as books, films, festivals, and documentary work that support Indian civilizational continuity. Dimple sees Indian Knowledge Systems not as relics of the past but as frameworks with enduring relevance for today’s most pressing challenges.
