Integrated Development Initiative for Bundelkhand Region: Enhancing Livelihoods, Education, and Sustainability
Executive Summary:
This proposal presents a comprehensive plan to transform the Mahakoshal region through the integration of Go-seva, education and skill development, and environmental sustainability initiatives. By combining these efforts, we aim to create a sustainable, self-reliant rural economy that fosters environmental stewardship, enhances educational outcomes, and promotes economic growth.
Go-seva Initiative:
The Go-seva initiative focuses on transforming Gauvansh (includes cows & bulls) into valuable assets by promoting organic farming, production of Panchgavya products, and bio-CNG generation. By partnering with local Goshalas, we can produce organic manure and other products, which not only provide economic benefits but also promote sustainable agricultural practices and improve animal welfare. The income generated will be used to improve Gauvansh care and infrastructure.
Education and Skill Development:
Integrating traditional and modern education, this initiative empowers youth and women with the skills needed for sustainable living and economic independence. Setting up a modern gurukul complex, collaborations with local schools, temples, and NGOs will facilitate vocational training programs in organic farming, traditional crafts, and modern technologies. Educational facilities will offer courses in traditional knowledge, sports, arts, and modern sciences, fostering a well-rounded and skilled populace.
Environmental Sustainability:
To promote eco-friendly practices, this initiative focuses on reducing pollution, promoting recycling, and enhancing green cover through community involvement and innovative technologies. Efforts include reducing plastic use, promoting composting, and initiating large-scale tree plantations. Establishing bio-CNG plants will help manage waste effectively while producing renewable energy.
Integrated Approach:
All initiatives are interlinked, creating a synergistic impact on the region. The Go-seva initiative provides organic materials and renewable energy, which are crucial for sustainable farming and environmental practices promoted in the sustainability initiative. The education and skill development programs prepare the community to adopt and implement these sustainable practices effectively. By involving local communities, schools, and organizations, the initiatives ensure active participation and ownership, leading to long-term success and self-reliance.
Impact and Benefits:
Economic Growth: Increased incomes and job opportunities through sustainable agricultural and manufacturing practices.
Environmental Sustainability: Mitigated environmental degradation and enhanced biodiversity through eco-friendly practices and renewable energy production.
Educational Enhancement: Creation of a skilled and knowledgeable populace ready to contribute to sustainable development.
Community Empowerment: Ensuring active involvement and ownership of local communities, leading to sustainable and long-term success.
By integrating Go-seva, education, and environmental sustainability efforts, this initiative promises a holistic transformation of the Mahakoshal region, fostering a sustainable and prosperous future.

Shawn
Binda
I am a Canadian with Indo-Caribbean heritage whose ancestors came from India as indentured labourers. They endured hardship and displacement, yet held firmly to their Hindu identity in the face of adversity.
My parents were born in Trinidad and migrated to Canada in the 1970s. Despite these journeys across oceans and cultures, we never lost sight of our roots.
Since childhood, I have been deeply involved in the Hindu community of the Greater Toronto Area — teaching tabla at Mandir, volunteering for pujas and festivals, and helping today’s youth discover the depth and relevance of Hinduism. I was part of the organizing teams for the first Hindu Youth Conference (2000) at the University of Toronto and again in 2007, moments that helped shape a new generation of Hindu voices in North America.
Today, my work has evolved to meet a changing world. I create video essays, educational content, and advocacy pieces through my YouTube channel Hindu Lifestyle and other social media platforms, where I explore Hinduism’s history, philosophy, and modern relevance. My goal is to empower Hindus to connect with their heritage, challenge stereotypes, and confidently live their dharmic values.
I continue to teach Hinduism weekly to teenagers and young adults at my local Mandir and lead workshops that encourage critical thinking, cultural pride, and spiritual growth.
Above all, I remain driven by a lifelong passion for Hinduism — to study it, share it, and help others find strength and clarity in its timeless wisdom.

As an Indic Researcher (pursuing MA ashtanga yoga & MA sanatan jnana parampara) mission is to revive, reactivate & realise the richness of ancient treasures i.e. Bharatīya jñāna paramparā/IKS keeping yōgakṣēma of every soul in mind, by the grace of maa bhagavatī this is the foremost priority to raise the collective consciousness of Bhārata and make Bhārata an epicenter of wisdom once again.
By blending ancient Bharatīya wisdom with modern technology, I aim to address today’s challenges through a multidisciplinary approach, rooted in Sanatan values and by opting and propagating Bharatīya jīvana dr̥ṣṭi.
Mission is to Introduce ancient Bharatīya wisdom in a more logical (scientific) & accessible way, especially among youth. In order to bridge the gap b/w ideation and execution, the absorption of physical to metaphysical aspects of sanatan cosmology – which is possible through the synergy of bhakti yōga, jñāna yōga, karma yōga i.e. the right combination of icchā śakti, jñāna śakti & kriyā śakti of the youth, finally channeling their energy to attain dharma dr̥ṣṭi is the need of hour.

Aman
Nath
Delhi-born Aman Nath was destined to read history at St. Stephen’s college by default. After authoring some twenty diverse books and revitalizing thirty-plus ruins from the forgotten past, he sees his continuity of Time in revitalized architecture. In this scheme of things, only two things matter to him: experience of nature and a clockwork of people who are in our Cosmos, where many human myopias have minusculed themselves into their own version of godhood. Always aware of his shortcomings, and slowly negating everything back to shunya, the Void, Nath remains a relentless optimist against all odds.
A non-writer author, a non-hotel hotelier, a non-architect builder, a non-confirmist father, and an inveterate traveller seeking simplicity. The poor, self-centered rich bore him to death. He finds his serendipity with random strangers, winding roads, and the blue sky of hope.

Through these, I empower teachers, school leaders, parents, and teenagers to approach learning as a journey of awareness, balance, and purpose.

I am an engineer by training, with an academic foundation from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). My early learning and work was shaped by the Western model of sustainability — emphasizing efficiency, quantification, and lifecycle metrics. Through this platform, I hosted cultural events and academic conferences, including Delhi University’s first-ever student-led Ram-Leela, aimed at nurturing informed, value-based leadership among young people. This early experience shaped my commitment to public discourse rooted in Bharatiya thought.
Over the years, I have worked with Organiser Weekly, Varahe Analytics, India House, and the Foundation for Indian Historical & Cultural Research (FIHCR), contributing in diverse capacities across research, writing, communications, and policy analysis. My work reflects my core interests in research, writing, public speaking, and narrative building, especially on themes related to governance, culture, and national resurgence.
I am deeply motivated to contribute to the emergence of a true science of governance for Bharat that stems from her civilizational temperament, indigenous knowledge systems, and experiential wisdom. I aspire to use research-led storytelling, dialogue, and intellectually honest inquiry to shape governance, participatory citizenship, and meaningfully nation-building in Bharat.

He has contributed to Doordarshan’s Vaartavali, a program that features content in Sanskrit, often highlighting cultural, linguistic, or artistic elements.
