Pushpa is deeply committed to India’s knowledge systems. She is a certified Yoga teacher with an MSc in Yoga and regularly leads workshops and talks on Yoga philosophy, holistic well-being, and traditional Indian wisdom. Her journey reflects a blend of technology, education, and a profound passion for Yoga—driven by a desire for continuous growth and meaningful impact.
With over 29 years of professional experience, including 17 years at IBM, she has built deep expertise in consulting, client relationship management, and pre-sales solution architecture. Her leadership spans customer-facing roles and global teams across industries. At IBM, she focused on mobile application solutions for iOS and Android, overseeing program management, delivery, and team mentoring to ensure successful project outcomes and strong client partnerships.
In 2015, she transitioned toward social impact through a two-year Teach for India fellowship, teaching 34 students in a government school in Bangalore. She later joined Akshara Foundation, a leading educational NGO, and currently serves as Director of Programs. She also contributes to national-level curriculum development as part of NCERT’s mathematics syllabus team for the preparatory stage.
