Pallavi Joshi

Dr. Pallavi Joshi is associated with Department of Commerce & Management, FMS-WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith. Taking courses on IKS (Bhartiya Prabandhan, Indian Ethos and Culture), Social Intelligence and Conflict Resolution to UG and PG students.
She holds PhD in Management titled “Towards Bharatiya Model of Good Governance: Insights from Lokasangraha Approach”. Past enriching tenure as Visiting Faculty at the School of Economics, Devi Ahilya University (DAVV), Indore. Earned UGC NET (Management) qualifications post the successful completion of an MBA from DAVV, Indore. She is a recipient of 3 Gold Medals for securing first position in order of merit in Bachelor of Arts program at DAVV, Indore.
She has contributed to AICTE and NFCG sponsored research projects on the theme of IKS. The pursuit of learning has been actualized by completing the Annual Refresher Program in Teaching through SWAYAM, and several enriching courses from renowned platforms like Coursera and EDX. Possess a certification in Social and Emotional Intelligence from Socialigence, Indore, acknowledging the importance of empathy and interpersonal skills.
