Nithin Sridhar

Nithin Sridhar is a published author and speaker based in Mysuru. He works as the Director and Chief Curator of INDICA Centre for Moksha Studies dedicated to create and curate content on Hindu philosophy with a special focus on Vedanta. He has authored seven books and one book chapter dealing with various aspects of Hindu philosophy and practice. His widely acclaimed books include “Menstruation Across Cultures: A Historical Perspective” which examines menstruation notions and practices prevalent in different cultures & religions from across the world, ‘Samanya Dharma’ which enunciates upon general tenets of ethics as available in Hindu texts, and ‘Isopanisad: An English Commentary’ which freshly examines the philosophical and theological teachings of the text. His latest book is ‘Chatuh Shloki Manusmriti: An English Commentary’ which examines the first four verses of the Manusmriti. He regularly contributes articles and essays on issues ranging from politics and society to religion, culture, and philosophy to various media platforms and teaches courses on Indian Knowledge System subjects at INDICA Courses.
