Maulik P Vyas

Dr Maulik P Vyas is an assistant professor of English at Government Engineering College, Bhuj (Gujarat). His areas of interest and publication include literary theory, translation, Indic studies, and anthropology. He is the author of Literature as Knowledge in Indian and Western Traditions: Theory of Knowledge, Literary Taxonomy and Aesthetics (Notion Press, 2022) and the co-author of Technical Communication: MCQs (INSC Publishers, 2021). He has acted as a copy editor for Encyclopaedia of Hinduism (11 Vols) published by Rupa, Delhi (2012) and Mandala Publishers, USA (2013). Dr Maulik Vyas has translated a cultural anthology entitled Ahuti (Pravin Prakashan Pvt Ltd, 2018). He has translated several critical and creative writings from Gujarati and Hindi into English. Dr Vyas translated significant numbers of Gujarati critical writings for the book Critical Discourse in Gujarati (Routledge, New York edn, 2024).
