My doctoral research examined yoga as a therapeutic intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in special school settings, highlighting its role in managing behavioral, social, and emotional aspects.
I am passionate about making yoga inclusive and accessible, integrating other evidence-based alternative approaches to support our physical, physiological, and psychological well-being. Additionally, I enjoy writing and exploring ancient Vedic wisdom, interpreting its timeless insights through contemporary perspectives on wellness, yoga, psychology, and education.
