Anand Krishnaswamy has been teaching since the age of 16. He is a computer scientist turned pedagogue and an international award-winning thought leader, educator, curriculum innovator, and certified senior leadership coach. With over two decades of multifaceted experience—including leadership roles in technology consulting, pioneering schools and EdTech giants—Anand has trained over a thousand teachers and coached leaders from nearly a hundred schools across India.
A recognised authority on progressive pedagogies and frameworks such as Panchakosha, Panchpadi, and Competency-Based Education, Anand combines deep philosophical insight with cutting-edge educational practices.
His thought leadership has been featured at prestigious platforms including the Nobel Prize Teacher Summit (Stockholm), National Progressive Schools Conference, Great Indian Learning Festival, and various Ministry of Education roundtables. He is a PARAKH-appointed resource person training across multiple states and boards. He is also the MoE certified Ambassador of Innovation. Currently, he is the Chief Education Officer at Zista 3E4I where he spearheads a mission to Elevate Education to Excellence for Impact.
