Ayurveda, the ancient medical science of India, has been an integral part of Indian culture for centuries. With the advent of modern medical systems, its prominence gradually declined. However, as the world now turns toward holistic and alternative medicine, Ayurveda deserves renewed recognition and promotion.
To preserve and promote the true essence of Ayurveda, Prakruthi Ayurveda Prathishtana®, a charitable trust, was established in October 2009.
The institute functions in three domains —
1. Healthcare – Sriranga Ayurveda Chikitsa Mandira, established in November 2005 by Dr. Prasanna Venkatesh, was brought under the trust’s ambit and now serves as its healthcare arm.
2. Research – Research has been conducted in the fields of Diabetology, Cardiology, Cancer and CKD and the works have been published.
3. Education- An institution committed to imparting quality education in Ayurveda for Students, Practitionors and Public through conducting seminars, CME, Interactive sessions and Talks etc.
