Kishor Shankar Dere

Dr. Kishor Dere is an independent scholar, lawyer, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Mediator and Visiting Professor. He has academic training in computer science, international relations, diplomacy, law and philosophy. He has obtained three doctorates viz. in International Relations, Philosophy and Law.
