Ankur Joshi

Faculty member and Program Lead for MBA at FMS–WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith. A Fellow of MDI Gurugram with a B.E. (Hons) background, he completed his doctoral research on the Gurukul education system. His academic interests span Bharatiya ethos in management, education, indigenous research methodology, public policy, and social entrepreneurship.
He has published in ABDC and Scopus indexed journals, contributed chapters to international publishers such as Palgrave and Springer, and actively engages in curriculum development and faculty training. Dr. Joshi has delivered training sessions for over 300 teachers, 100+ bureaucrats and corporate leaders, and more than 3000 students. He also serves as co-coordinator for initiatives including the Centre of Excellence for Conscious Leadership, PRIME (Promotion of Research in Indian Ethos), and the National Center for Corporate Governance.
His current work includes developing modules on indigenous research, Bharatiya ethos and generative AI in education for a futuristic educational system; editing an international collaborative research magazine.
