Dr. Rajshekar Krishnan, is a seasoned corporate leader and facilitator with a proven track record possessing 42 years of experience of which 34 years are in the training, learning & development, organizational development and human performance improvement domains. Management & Leadership Development and Executive Assessment & Development Centers have been exclusive areas of focus over the last 10years. He has worked in the engineering, hospitality, training, consultancy, IT and ITES industry segments. Amongst the companies he has worked with are Union Carbide, NIIT, NIS Sparta, EMC ,CA, IBM , Right Management and Flipkart.
In his present avatar, he is an entrepreneur and founder of Wayda Consultants which offers services in the area of Leadership and Organization Development for corporate businesses and educational institutions. He is also a resource person for the Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission for Teacher and Teaching-A GOI initiative.
Dr. Rajshekar Krishnan was awarded Ph.D(in 2012) for his thesis on “ A study of Personality traits, Spiritual Transcendence and Leadership Styles in India “ by Aligarh Muslim University. His research interests are Spirituality at the workplace; Indian Ethos for Leadership; Indian Psychology and Organizational Behavior; Management and Leadership Development. He studied at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and was awarded
B.E.Mechanical Engineering ) in 1983.Rajshekar’s interests are reading and writing and public speaking. He conducts online classes on the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads directed at academics, scientists, engineers and other professionals. He has several research papers to his credit.
