Mr. Siddheshwar Shukla is a Delhi/NCR-based journalist, researcher, and communication specialist with over 18 years of experience across print, digital, and convergence media, public relations, and academia.
Currently, he serves as PRO at the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI), New Delhi. He began his journalistic career with The Pioneer and later worked with media houses including Millennium Post and Devdiscourse.com, where he led the UN-aligned campaign “Mother! Not Patient” and covered the World Energy Congress 2019 in Abu Dhabi. He was a Fellow at MCU, Bhopal, during 2018–19.
He has published research papers and chapters in reputed journals and publishers, including Oxford University Press, Routledge–Taylor & Francis, SAGE, and Economic and Political Weekly. He co-edited Indian Social Work (Routledge) and Social Work in India (Concept Publications). His forthcoming solo book, Shastrartha in India: Methodology & Applications (Manohar Publications), is based on his MCU fellowship research.
Mr. Shukla has written for The Economic Times, The Pioneer, Millennium Post, Sunday Guardian, etc. His research interests include media and communication theories, misinformation studies, development and data journalism, Indic communication, and decolonization and contemporary social issues.
