Srilakshmi Peddada

I am an educator with over twenty years of experience teaching logic, philosophy, and law. I have earned my Ph.D. in legal philosophy from the University of Mumbai.

I am deeply interested on issues about ethics, justice, and social order. Though now retired from formal teaching, I continue to see myself as an educator—committed to learning, inquiry, and the exchange of ideas.

My recent work includes translating key essays from the Mahabharata from Telugu into English, which deepened my understanding of Indian classical thought. I have also authored Societal Laws of Dharma and Its Legal Dimensions, a study exploring the relationship between dharma, jurisprudence, and evolving social norms. I remain engaged in research and writing with reference to traditional Indian wisdom with modern legal and ethical concerns.
